All candidates are interviewed, and their skills are assessed. ClearPoint conducts I-9 verification, criminal background checks, drug screenings, reference checks, and any additional checks requested by the individual client. Once an employee has successfully gone through our screening process, we then conduct reference checks if the employee will be considered for employment.
